Who?: This group medical visit is open to the general public and to current patients. You must be 18 years or older to participate. This group is geared toward those with any of the following concerns:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Panic attacks
- Bipolar disorder
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
- Attention Problems (ADD/ADHD)
- Symptoms related to past traumas or stressful events
- Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
- Irritability
- Burnout
- Loss of Joy
- Insomnia
- Chronic Fatigue
- Abnormal weight gain/loss
- Joint/muscle pains
- Hashimoto’s thyroiditis
- Hormonal imbalance
- Blood sugar imbalance
- Premenstrual syndrome (PMS/PMDD)
- Sexual difficulties
- Gut disturbance (e.g. diarrhea, constipation, bloating, acid reflux)
- Memory loss
- Family history of Alzheimer’s disease
- Mild Cognitive Impairment
- Increased genetic risk for Alzheimer’s disease due to APOE 4 allele status
- Worry about Brain Function
What?: Group Medical Visit – a live, in-person discussion with Dr. Libert. Maximum capacity 4 participants.
When?: Wednesday, November 20, 2019 from 9-11:30am
